Exercising Leadership Cards

Church leadership is different than being a leader in a business, in the military, or in a
civic club. Church leaders are called by God and in service to God. They are part of God’s
community and are servants and administrators within that community. They are followers of Jesus Christ and expected to live their lives in such ways as to reflect the values of God’s Kingdom.

These cards involve a variety of activities to help church leaders understand their call and practice living into it, and they are designed to fit before a board meeting, beginning a Bible study, or to be sequenced together for a larger event.
